Responsibilities
Client Assistance: Provide exceptional service by answering customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and processing requests efficiently.
Policy Maintenance: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of customer policies and handle policy renewals and changes promptly.
Claims Support: Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring they understand the procedure and providing necessary documentation support.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.
Risk Assessment: Assist customers in identifying their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options to ensure comprehensive protection.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and underwriting teams to ensure consistent service delivery and resolve customer issues collaboratively.
Requirements
Licensing: Must possess an active Ohio Property & Casualty License.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service within the insurance industry is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
