Salary Range: $40000.00 - $45000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance in a professional manner.
Policy Management: Update client policies, process policy changes, and ensure accurate documentation of client interactions.
Claims Assistance: Assist clients with the claims process, guide them through claim submissions, and address any claim-related queries.
Customer Advocacy: Advocate for clients' needs within the agency, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of service quality and compliance with insurance regulations and internal policies.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Ohio Property & Casualty License is preferred.
Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to find creative solutions to customer issues.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid remote work environment, balancing independence and teamwork effectively.
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail when handling client information, policies, and documentation.
