Job Details
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)/Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday, offering an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the medical industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to patient advocacy. Responsibilities:
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Providing high-quality patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and crisis intervention.
2. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
3. Advocating for patients' rights and coordinating services with other healthcare professionals.
4. Conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address mental health issues.
5. Offering support and counseling to patients dealing with a range of issues, including drug and alcohol rehabilitation.
6. Utilizing your expertise in behavioral health to provide acute care to those in need.
7. Monitoring patient progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
8. Providing case management services, including coordinating patient care and maintaining patient records.
9. Implementing strategies to promote patient health and well-being.
10. Participating in continuing education and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) position, you must possess the following qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
2. Current and valid LCSW/LPC/LMSW license.
3. Experience in behavioral health, mental health, corrections, or acute care settings.
4. Proven experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).
5. Demonstrated experience in case management and patient advocacy.
6. Extensive knowledge and experience in drug and alcohol rehab.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Strong problem-solving abilities and a compassionate approach to patient care.
9. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
10. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
