Administrative Paralegal at Nagler Group

Position: Administrative Paralegal 
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid: 1 day remote guaranteed, potential for 2nd remote day)
Experience: 2+ years

A respected Boston-based law firm known for exceptional legal services in trust and estate law is seeking a highly motivated Legal Assistant/Paralegal. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience, with a strong background in a law firm as a legal administrative assistant to busy attorneys or as an Executive Assistant (EA). While trust and estate experience is preferred, we are open to profiles from other practice areas and out of professional services supporting C-Suite executives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with legal document preparation and filing
• Manage attorney calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements
• Conduct legal research and gather case information
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents
• Prepare and review estate planning documents
• Assist with estate administration and probate filings
• Communicate with clients and maintain confidentiality
