Job Details

The ideal candidate will have experience assisting attorneys with trust and probate administration, including the preparation of legal documents, client communications, and case management.

Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys in managing trust and probate cases, including estate administration and trust management.
Draft and prepare legal documents, such as probate petitions and related documents.
Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documents are accurate and up to date.
Communicate with clients, court officials, and third parties regarding case matters.
Assist with the preparation of court filings and pleadings.
Schedule and coordinate hearings, client meetings, and other appointments.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in trust and probate law or estate planning.
