About the Job
An established Law Firm is seeking a Legal Assistant to join their Boca Raton team. This firm will allow a hybrid work set up (2-3 days in office per week).
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and Calendar
- E-file | State and Federal
- Enter attorney billing/time
- Track invoices, deposit checks
- Draft templated documents
- Administrative support (includes duties such as answering phones, order supplies, scanning and electronic filing of documents)
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Document Management Software (such as Aderant), Billing Software, PACER
- Experience with bankruptcy law preferred
