MUST:
Experienced legal administrative assistant
5+ years of experience working in a law office
5+ years of experience with filing
Experience with meeting all filing deadlines
Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
Knowledge of SharePoint
Ability to be flexible, handle pressure, and adapt to changing priorities, workflow, and work assignments
Excellent communication skills
Impeccable filing and organizational skills
DUTIES:
Assist with office duties
Meet filing deadlines
Help with Attorney calendars
Order office supplies
Get lunch for partners when needed
Order pastries for potential client meetings
Send gifts to clients
