Responsibilities:
- Assist in legal research and drafting of documents for various practice areas.
- Support senior attorneys in litigation and corporate matters.
- Conduct client consultations and maintain client relationships.
- Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and legal filings.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active state bar license.
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Prior experience in a law firm is a plus.
