Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet all prospective residents, sharing the benefits and features of the community.
• Manage the entire leasing process from initial inquiry to move-in, while maintaining ongoing communication with tenants throughout their lease.
• Conduct tours of available units for potential residents.
• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Process leasing applications and assist in preparing lease agreements.
• Help prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Support marketing efforts, including online advertisements, corporate outreach, and social media management.
• Promote the community within the local neighborhood through outreach efforts.
• Manage social media accounts to boost community awareness and engagement.
• Perform various administrative tasks necessary to complete the leasing process.
• Assist with other tasks as needed to ensure a smooth leasing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree related to business administration or real estate is a plus
• Experience in property management or real estate is a plus
• Comfortable with flexible work hours: Monday-Thursday (9am-7pm), Friday (9am-6pm), Saturday (10am-5pm), Sunday (12pm-5pm); able to work most weekends with days off during the week.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Positive attitude, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
