Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Generation and Guest Service

Greet Guests warmly and provide exceptional service.

Assist Guests with inquiries and recommend merchandise.

Anticipate needs and enhance the shopping experience.

Share product knowledge and maintain awareness of promotions.

Achieve sales goals and maintain strong Guest relationships.

Lead by example in customer service and teamwork.

Teammate Recruiting, Training, and Development

Identify recruiting opportunities and assist in training new Teammates.

Foster a positive work culture and demonstrate fashion standards.

Motivate Teammates to complete daily tasks and achieve results.

Visual Merchandise Management

Oversee product zones and ensure visual standards are met.

Recognize merchandising opportunities and communicate with management.

Operations

Work flexible hours and follow operational guidelines.

Maintain store organization and adhere to loss prevention practices.

Supervisory and Leadership

Provide and receive feedback, supporting team growth.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months of related retail experience.

Physical Demands
