Riverchase Animal Hospital is hiring a Lead Veterinary Technician to join our team!
Are you an experienced (2+ years) veterinary technician who wants to utilize your skills to the fullest? You are in the right place!
The veterinary techincian will be: proficient in all basic techinical skills required to perform daily duties such as (but not limited to): Blood draws (peripheral and jugular), IV catheter placement, anesthetic monitoring, surgical preparation, medication administration (all routes), dentistry and dental radiography, exceptional client care and relationship development, and have a passion for teamwork and great hospital culture.
Location: 1709 E. Beltline Rd Coppell, TX. 75019
Compensation: $22-25/hr
Shift Details: This is a full-time position (30+hours/week). M-F with either Tuesday or Thursday off. 1 Saturday per month is required from 9am-12pm

Job Summary: This position provides leadership and training to the medical support staff in the operation of a small animal facility in accordance with hospital policy and procedures and provides medical care to patients as allowed in the veterinary practice act. The Veterinary Technician will be able to communicate effectively with employees and clients and have great attention to detail and organizational abilities.
