Lead Superintendent at GPAC

Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of multifamily and multistory commercial construction projects. Lead on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and resolving any delays.
• Quality & Safety: Ensure work meets quality standards, conduct site inspections, and enforce safety protocols.
• Budget Management: Monitor budgets, resources, and materials, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and progress reports.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
