Lead Service Tech - Comfort Central Inc

Comfort Central, Inc. of Williamsport, MD is looking to hire a Lead Service Tech to go into our clients' homes and businesses to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their HVAC systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance. This Lead Service Tech position earns $18-$28/hour, depending on experience plus commissions. Our Service Tech is also eligible for generous benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with 4% company match, vacation time, paid holidays, specialty tools provided. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEAD SERVICE TECH

• Relevant HVAC Service Technician experience in order to be able to work independently
• Strong decision maker
• Physical ability to perform the requirements of the position
• A valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
