Job Summary:

The Lead QA Engineer will oversee quality assurance processes, including manual and automated testing, to ensure software reliability and performance. The role requires strong expertise in Java, Selenium, and CI/CD, with a willingness to adopt tools like Katalon Studio. The candidate will develop and execute test plans, integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, and continuously improve QA practices. Key Responsibilities:

& & • Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies based on project requirements and technical specifications.& &

& & • Define and implement test automation strategies and frameworks, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.& &

& & • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate programming languages and testing frameworks.& &

& & • Execute automated and manual tests, generate detailed test reports, and identify defects for timely resolution.& &

& & • Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.& &

& & • Participate in process improvement initiatives, providing feedback and suggestions to enhance QA practices.& &

Required Qualifications:

& & • Proficiency in Java and Selenium, with a willingness to learn Katalon Studio.& &

& & • Experience with manual and automated software testing techniques.& &

& & • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.& &

& & • Proficiency in GitHub for version control.& &

& & • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and CircleCI.& &

& & • Knowledge of testing tools and frameworks such as XUnit and TestNG.& &

& & • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.& &

& & • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.& &

Preferred Qualifications:
