Key responsibilities:
- Assign projects to Program Management team
- Input into the client quarterly planning process
- Ensures all work produced is of the highest quality
- Collaborates with internal Hogarth counterparts and client partners to understand timelines and ensure resources are always available
- Provides Interactive production strategy and planning for upcoming launches and updates to ensure production capabilities are understood and considered
- Participate in project kick offs, content meetings, reviews and other project-based meetings as needed
- Responsible for the quality of all assets before handing off
- Input into performance management and career development for the Program Management team
- Actively participates in attracting top talent and employee retention
- Continually looks for ways to enhance productivity through process improvements, task automation and new technology
- Leads by example and participates in culture development and management
- Support and motivate the team
- Remains current on technology and trends in Interactive.
Requirements:
- 5+ years Project Management experience and people leadership experience
- Requires a minimum bachelor's degree in business, project management, design, or a related field.
- Proven success managing a production studio in an agency or marketing communications environment.
- Prior experience growing and leading a team of project managers or producers.
- Solid understanding of file specifications; resolution, color space and other technical requirements of assets needed for print image production.
- Experience using the latest version of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience in project management or content management systems such as JIRA, Basecamp, Trello, or similar software.
- Proficiency in both PC and Apple software and operating systems.
- Previous agency experience specifically working on global brands preferred.
- Previous experience in print production preferred 5+

At Hogarth California, the base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $90,000 to $123,500. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
