About the Role:

We are seeking passionate and energetic Lead and Assistant Teachers to inspire, engage, and educate children in a nurturing environment. If you're a positive, confident, and caring professional who loves working with young children and values collaboration, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative lesson plans tailored to children's needs.
• Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with co-teachers and staff to deliver an exceptional educational experience.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and team members.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Education & Experience:
  • Minimum of 6-12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) credits or 1+ year of experience in an ECE setting. (required)
  • An AA degree or higher in ECE (or equivalent credentials) is preferred.
• Communication & Collaboration:
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Enjoys working in a team-oriented environment.
• Tech-Savvy:
  • Comfortable using technology to enhance classroom activities and communication.
• Specialized Skills:
  • Infant-Toddler units and experience are a plus.
• Certifications:
  • CPR/First Aid certified.
  • Completed mandated reporter and pesticide training.
• Compliance:
  • Must pass fingerprinting, TB testing, immunization, and other state requirements.
  • Legal US residents only (sponsorship not available).
