About the Role:
We are seeking passionate and energetic Lead and Assistant Teachers to inspire, engage, and educate children in a nurturing environment. If you're a positive, confident, and caring professional who loves working with young children and values collaboration, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative lesson plans tailored to children's needs.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and staff to deliver an exceptional educational experience.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and team members.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- Minimum of 6-12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) credits or 1+ year of experience in an ECE setting. (required)
- An AA degree or higher in ECE (or equivalent credentials) is preferred.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Enjoys working in a team-oriented environment.
- Tech-Savvy:
- Comfortable using technology to enhance classroom activities and communication.
- Specialized Skills:
- Infant-Toddler units and experience are a plus.
- Certifications:
- CPR/First Aid certified.
- Completed mandated reporter and pesticide training.
- Compliance:
- Must pass fingerprinting, TB testing, immunization, and other state requirements.
- Legal US residents only (sponsorship not available).
