Our Information Technology teams are an integral part of fulfilling that mission and we are currently seeking a Lead – Platform Support to join our team.
What you’ll do
This position plans, directs, and leads the activities of the Platform Support department comprised of IT professionals to ensure the development and implementation of efficient computer processing platforms to meet current and future business needs. This position is responsible for leading the team to develop and nurture strong, positive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure engagement and successful delivery of technology change. What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field along with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- 5 years’ experience installing, configuring, and supporting personal computers and peripherals in a corporate environment
- 2 years of direct or indirect supervisory experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of computer hardware and software with experience in the administration of enterprise class operating systems
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve tactical and strategic goals
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists
