Lead Manufacturing Engineer - Intra Management Solutions

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Lead to lead a team of engineers focused on new product introduction (NPI) and valve assembly/test production efforts. This is a hands-on leadership role, blending management with high-level engineering contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 5 engineers, mentoring and managing performance.
• Drive fixture design, process improvements, and ECO updates for NPI programs.
• Oversee assembly/test fixture development and validate manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on product drawings, manufacturability, and root-cause corrective actions.
• Utilize Lean/Six Sigma tools to identify and eliminate waste in processes.
• Manage capital expense projects and lead structured problem-solving efforts.

Qualifications:

• BS in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical background.
• 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience, with leadership preferred.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and Six Sigma/Lean methodologies.
• Strong project management and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
