PROJECT SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES
- Serve as primary point of contact to define the business and technical requirements
- Act as primary lead between project business staff and technical staff
- Responsible for gaining a detailed understanding of components of applications and translating that knowledge into the requirements for systems or processes
- Lead requirements development including work plan development and task, timeline and resource management.
- Define and document data file extracts, automated process flows and report structure, image and content to support application development, enhancement and maintenance
- Design, document and produce ad hoc reports for supported projects that tabulate, summarize and report data to support project activities
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to application efficiency and reliability
-Develop Executive briefings and project schedules
-Develop processes and plans to ensure smooth operations
Position is remote within US.
*Position is contingent on contract award.
PROJECT SPECIFIC MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
-Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required; an additional four (4) years of related experience may substitute for degree
-At least seven (7) years of related experience
-Experience in document and executive report preparation
-Demonstrated experience preparing, tailoring and presenting briefings to various levels of management and executives
-Experience in soliciting and documenting requirements, technical writing and document preparation, and creating and utilizing test cases
-Experience working under Agile software development methodologies
-Self-starter that does not require extensive guidance
-Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, including Project and Visio
-Proactive communication skills with multi-site-located team
-Demonstrated problem-solving and structured analysis skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Demonstrated success in client support
- Preferred qualifications: Experience with IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) tool and experience in SAP HANA cloud implementations.
Additional Requirements as per Contract:
- Candidates must meet requirements to obtain and maintain an IRS Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance (active IRS Moderate Risk MBI clearance is a plus).
- Candidates must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card status) for 3 years, and be Federal Tax compliant.
Job Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to application efficiency and reliability.
- Test application processes and participates in design and code walkthroughs.
- Audit, evaluate, track and report implementation and activity of project applications for QA/QC compliance.
- Assist with system support activities to address requested changes and enhancements.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
