Sanborn's Air Conditioning and Heating of Redlands, CA is hiring for a full-time Lead HVAC Service Technician to represent our company while going into our clients' homes to diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems for our growing company. This position offers a highly-competitive annual salary potential of $100,000+ depending on performance and experience.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEAD HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an HVAC Service Technician, 5 years preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Willing to undergo a drug test and background check upon hire
• Motivated individual
