We are Hiring a Lead HVAC Installer!

Be part of our retrofit /replacement team! This position will lead residential retrofit and light commercial retrofit/changeout installations. We offer full-time, year-round work, company-paid training to obtain and maintain industry certification, including NATES and Electrical Trainee instruction and certified hours for a 06A/B License

Job Title: Lead HVAC Installer

Pay Scale: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm, with occasional overtime

What you will be doing:

• Leading installs for residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems
• Installations include ducted and ductless equipment
• Installing Gas Pipe
• Installing Refrigeration Pipe
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Test and balance systems
• Providing excellent customer service
• Supervise the work of other installers, maintaining high-quality and timely job performance
• Train new employees and helpers in all aspects of the installation
• Consult with customer and give solutions that are beneficial for customers as well as the company

Qualifications / Skills:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 4 + years of residential and, or light commercial retrofit/changeout installations
• 06B Electrical License or ready-to-test ideal
• EPA Universal Certification
• Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
• Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation of residential and light commercial systems
• Able to train and supervise others
• High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications Desired:

• Certificate of completion from Trade School
• 06B or 06A Electrical License
