Job Description
ion Software Group is seeking a highly motivated Systems Integration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position is curious, a passionate problem-solver, teachable, and is reliably able to prioritize tasks without supervision.

The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying and attracting potential customers (leads) for a business by researching target markets, creating and executing targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, and utilizing data analysis to qualify and nurture leads, ultimately driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Identification and Research:
Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments and generate qualified leads through various sources like online directories, social media, and industry events. - Campaign Development and Execution:
Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email marketing, content marketing, social media advertising, and paid search to attract and engage potential leads. - Lead Qualification and Nurturing:
Qualify leads based on their needs and interests, and develop lead nurturing strategies to guide them through the sales funnel using personalized communication. - CRM Management:
Maintain and update a CRM system with lead information, tracking interactions and progress throughout the sales cycle. - Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze lead generation data to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and optimize marketing strategies for maximum lead conversion. - Content Creation:
Develop engaging content such as blog posts, webinars, and social media updates to attract and educate potential customers.
Required Skills:
- Strong Marketing Knowledge:
Thorough understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing strategies, content marketing, and lead generation tactics. - Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and use insights to inform marketing decisions. - Excellent Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with potential leads and build relationships. - CRM Proficiency:
Expertise in using CRM systems to manage leads, track interactions, and report on sales pipeline. - Technical Skills:
Familiarity with marketing automation tools, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably within a B2B or B2C environment
- Demonstrated ability to achieve lead generation targets and deliver measurable results
Bonus Points
- Understanding of K-12 education data including student information systems, assessment, intervention, program evaluation and instruction
- Experience working in a small business
