LOCATION: Waltham, MA; Chicago, IL; Riverwoods, IL; St Cloud, MN; New York, NY; Coppell, TX; Philadelphia, PA; Denver, COHybrid – 8 days a month in the officeSummary:Clinical Effectiveness (CE), a Division of Wolters Kluwer Health, is searching for a Salesforce architect/developer to play an important role in our transition to a new consolidated suite of business systems across all of CE.
Reporting to the Clinical Effectiveness Principal Solution Architect, the Lead Salesforce Architect/Developer will design solutions, coding, and implementing upcoming CE Business Systems projects for our growing Salesforce organization.
This is an exciting opportunity to help transform the business systems of a healthcare information technology company.Responsibilities:Have a good understanding of the customer journey across all phases of the lifecycle and will be critical in architecting solutions that span the end-to-end picture to provide for an customer experience.Architect technical solutions for business problems using Salesforce technology platformWork with security architects, risk and network security to find solutions that work with the Salesforce platform providing secure solutionsWork with vendor and implementation team to ensure that the product feature set is architected to provide a complete digital experienceNegotiate features for the roadmap for both Salesforce and required integrations and reduce costs with customizationProvide direction to both Sales and Service teams to help build processes that solve for a digital experience.
Provide direction to improve business processes on the sales and service side and work with business leaders to influence their processes to work with industry standard guidelines and productsTechnical Development of architecture and design blueprintsArchitect identity management solutions for both the customer and employees, working with solutions architects and experts that work with the Salesforce platformsArchitect solutions for the data analytics and Einstein platforms, both discovery and wave and provide direction for both the business and technical teams to develop solutionsBe a visionary partnering with Architects, technical leads and main individuals within our functional organization and recommend SFDC Platform improvementEnsure business systems security and compliance with regulatory and audit requirementsHave Salesforce knowledge and bring in best practices.
And be able to work cross functionally, while promoting Salesforce and discovering needsArchitecture ReviewsWork with teams to develop proof of conceptsPresent potential solutions to Business leaders to get buy in and negotiate feature functions that are viable solutions to themExecutive Presentations to CIO and Department Leaders on Technology Capabilities and ensuring valueIndustry Level participation, contribution and collection of best practicesProduct evaluations for build versus buy decisionsDevelop a comprehensive technical roadmap for Health Enterprise Business Systems, accounting for business and technology readiness.Be an escalation point for technical roadblocks and other challengesExperience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a technology-related field required10+ years of experience in global software development and deployment8+ years of experience delivering applications on Salesforce platform, Sales, Service and Commerce CloudDevelopment knowledge of SFDC, including Salesforce Lightning Design, Salesforce objects, data model, workflows, process builders, approval flows, reports and dashboards, SOQL, SOSL, Data LoaderHands-on experience building Salesforce Lightning components, custom objects, Apex Classes and Triggers, Visualforce, Web services and other related technologiesSolid knowledge of Salesforce execution governors and limitsKnowledge of the most current security and web development programming languages, with expertise in Java, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, and JQueryExperience working in an Agile team environmentService and Sales Cloud implementation experience using Live Agent, Omni Channel, CTI AdaptersBackground with architecture concepts (integration styles, architecture styles, patterns)Knowledgeable in ETL tools like Informatica, and integration tools like Web methodsKnowledge of data management including Data Capture, Segmentation Storage and securityExperience working on Solutions Architecture in Digital, and Omni-channel areasGood understanding of Customer Journey Experience and AnalyticsUnderstanding of main SFDC architectural concepts and how they influence designDeep working knowledge of Cloud (AWS preferred) and understanding of DevSecOpsForce.com platform experience, including the limitation of the platform (e.g.
