Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Electrical Engineer to oversee and drive innovative electrical design projects. The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers in designing, maintaining, and validating our leading edge components and boards for space applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of electrical systems and components.
• Manage and mentor a team of electrical engineers, providing guidance on best practices and technical challenges.
• Conduct signal integrity and timing analysis for high-speed digital interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications.
• Perform Worst Case Analysis to ensure system reliability under varying conditions.
• Oversee circuit board layout and design, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Utilize FPGA design tools and HDL for hardware development and synthesis.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Design and develop components and boards for space applications
• Power Integrity and Signal integrity analysis and design for high speed digital (DDR2, DDR3, DDR4, SERDES, etc).
• Perform and document Design verification Testing (DVT), timing analysis, worst-case analysis
• FPGA Design (HDL, synthesis, place/route, timing analysis, simulation)
• Previous management experience.
• Fluent in high speed design rules for circuit boards, layout requirements, circuit board stack-up
