ABOUT THIS REWARDING NURSING ROLE:
This is a full-time position with swing shifts (2:30 pm to 11:00 pm) and weekend availability required.
Imagine starting your day at Legacy House of Park Lane, ready to provide compassionate care to our residents. As our Lead CNA - Medical Technician, your day begins with prepping and passing medications in a timely fashion, ensuring each resident receives the care they need. Throughout the day, you assist with mild wound care, help residents with daily activities, and maintain open communication with residents, families, and colleagues. Additionally, you put your leadership skills to good use as you lead the other CNAs on your shift. As a reliable and detail-oriented team member, you take pride in making a positive difference in the lives of our residents every day.
The minimum requirements to be considered:
- Valid CNA certification (MA also accepted)
- Reliability, responsibility, and attention to detail
- Compassionate demeanor and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to be a lead over the other CNAs on your shift
