When you step into a career with AT&T, you won’t just imagine the future-you’ll create it.This position is responsible for developing and executing strategies in order to solve customers strategic business goals.Key Roles and Responsibilities: Directly responsible for selling the companys consulting and/or other professional services.Identifies and generates new customers or expands existing accounts within an established industry, segment, or geographic territory.Consults during joint sales meetings with customers and direct sales teams.Understands, develops and delivers solutions to customers.Develops strategic initiatives to address customers business, organization or information processes.Analyzes and documents current effectiveness of applications/products/services in supporting the customers strategic business goals.Demonstrates general knowledge and consultative selling skills with the assistance/support of the Direct Sales/Consulting team.Works with minimal supervision.Duties directly related to making sales includes: Meeting with customers and engaging in sales activities at the customers site; communicating with customers via phone, teleconference, e-mail, etc.
related to proposed solutions/sales, etc.; traveling to and from the customers premise for the purpose of engaging in sales activities; providing subject matter expertise regarding technical issues relating to sales; advising customers on suitability of products based on technical needs; preparing proposals, presentations, or bids, including developing pricing, developing strategic plans related to the customer and the proposed solutions/sales; researching and developing customer solutions with AT&T external partners, including design and engineering; and researching customer business and industry to identify new sales opportunities.Education: Requires a Bachelors degree.Experience: Requires 8 to 10 years direct work experience.Supervisory: No.Our Lead Business Development Mgr 2 ATC, earn between $122,000 - $183,000+$80,000, in commissions yearly (if all sales goals are met).
