Role reports to: Senior Finance Manager - Customer Development
Location: Skillman, NJ; Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.
Travel %: 5%
Pay: $92,000-$130,000
What you will do
Responsibilities
- Own and manage all aspects of Customer LE consolidations, validation, and reporting including coordination with IBP, MBR prep, and all management reviews
- Develop and automate sales reporting, pacing, and analytics across all customer channels; report results to Finance & business leadership on a frequent basis
- Support and consolidation for all close activities across customer reporting - Customer sales results, accuracy measurements, sales commentary, retail inventory analytics
- Assess customer strategies and financial plans to influence and provide insights to customer teams on short-term business plans and long-term strategies to deliver financial commitments, drive growth and improve profitability
- Lead core processes, including Forecast Reviews, Trade Investment Reviews, and support for quarter close and external reporting
- Improve Trade Investment efficiency using data driven insights and standardized analytics which measure trade investment return on investment
- Support integration of Customer insights and internal forecasting/operations to drive outside in focus across the organization
What we're looking for
- Passion for the business, and a firm grasp of strategic and financial concepts; flexibility & ability to quickly adapt to new market situations
- Utilize an agile mindset to proactively identify and demonstrate innovative ideas, processes, or technology to accelerate business performance, adapt to change and provide better solutions focused on value creation
- Have demonstrated experience in ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization. Possess strong communications, framing presentation skills, along with solid interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting, Economics or Finance
- A minimum of 3 years of finance, accounting or related business experience
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to partner with colleagues at all levels in the organization with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment
- Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Desired Qualifications
- Professional accounting designation (CMA, CGA, CPA) is preferred
- Strong systems and technical experience in process and technology advancement
