About the Job
Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.10 years of experience in trust and safety, product policy, privacy and security, legal, compliance, risk management, intel, content moderation, red teaming, AI testing, adversarial testing, or similar.
1 year of experience in people management, leading a team.Experience with machine learning or AI.Preferred qualifications:Master's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, information security, artificial intelligence).3 years of experience in people management.Experience working with GenAI products.Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data analysis, using data in storytelling, and problem-solving.
Familiarity with SQL, Python or equivalent.Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.Ability to think strategically and identify emerging threats and vulnerabilities.

You will draw on expertise across testing operations, policy, and AI systems and will partner closely with the technical abuse-fighting experts in T&S to understand launch requirements, develop and implement testing protocols.
You will leverage robust data analysis to provide quantitative and qualitative actionable insights on potential risks for mitigation by T&S and product teams define and implement risk mitigation strategies.
You will need to manage many stakeholders through effective relationship building, influence and communication skills.

A diverse team of Analysts, Policy Specialists, Engineers, and Program Managers, we work to reduce risk and fight abuse across all of Google’s products, protecting our users, advertisers, and publishers across the globe in over 40 languages.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$234,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
