Job DescriptionAs the Total Rewards Lead Analyst, you will drive the strategy, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of our Total Rewards programs—primarily focusing on retirement, time off (including leave management), and compliance. In this high-impact role, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams within Total Rewards and HR to deliver measurable results and create a cohesive, best-in-class Total Rewards experience for our associates.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and continuously optimize benefit programs aligned with both Total Rewards and overall business objectives. Ensure a direct link between program design and measurable outcomes.
- Benchmark and assess programs to identify opportunities, determine feasibility, design, and implement new programs and/or program modifications to optimize the Total Rewards package.
- Contribute to the creation and sustainability of a 3-to-5-year Total Rewards roadmap—focusing on innovation, cost-effectiveness, and proven results.
- Lead day-to-day administration of benefit programs, ensuring full compliance with all reporting, communication, and audit requirements. Drive accurate and timely execution.
- Select, manage, and develop benefits vendor partners by establishing and leveraging KPIs to achieve cost and quality expectations.
- Partner with finance and external vendors to budget, monitor and report on program expenses.
- Play an active role in the material preparation for and presentation to the Associate Benefits Committee ensuring accurate and complete documentation and execution of decisions.
- Ensure proactive compliance with government (federal, state, and local) regulations through regular monitoring, planning, and program modifications – operating in a lead role by providing centralized oversight and consolidation for compliance across Total Rewards.
- Provide and educate the Total Rewards team, HR community, and leaders on actionable market data and anticipated legislation.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvement opportunities utilizing our lean tools to prioritize, leverage technology, and streamline business processes.
- Drive initiatives that improve the employee experience creating the best place-to-work culture.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience is required in addition to 7+ years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in the analysis, design, and/or administration of benefits programs. Experience in retirement plans, benefits compliance, and leave management is required.
- Proficient in regulations and compliance related to benefits and leave matters.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and communication and execution skills are required.
- Advanced MS Office skills are required – especially Excel. HRIS experience required, Workday implementation, configuration, and maintenance experience a plus.
- Must possess strong analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and the ability to influence and communicate at all levels in the organization.
- Well organized and confident to work independently but a strong team player.
- Ability to effectively multi-task and balance priorities with a sense of urgency.
- Occasional travel required.
