We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate to join our Fund Accounting team. This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland- HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our systems and processes.
• Test and implement software upgrades.
• Liaise with appropriate parties to resolve discrepancies.
• Be aware of the risks of team operations and deliverables and ensure required controls maintained and procedures complied with.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• At least 5 years’ experience in Financial Services required, preferably in multinational organization. Experience in Fund Accounting, Financial Reporting and Tax Accounting would be an advantage.
• Deep technical Fund Accounting knowledge.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work on projects in a team environment as well as supporting daily client deliverables.
• Proactive, professional and focused attitude towards work and an ability to consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
