Position Summary: This role is crucial for developing accurate financial estimates and ensuring successful project completion by overseeing and coordinating all aspects as a Landscaping Construction Project Manager. 

Structure: Full-time, exempt position. Reports to Construction Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Estimating: Assess project requirements, analyze costs, develop/manage budgets, prepare/review contracts, manage purchase orders, and monitor costs.
• Project Management: Define project scope, manage resources, lead teams, communicate with clients, manage risks, control budgets, monitor timelines, ensure quality, and close projects.
• Client Relations: Respond to client needs, maintain communication, and keep management informed.
• Safety: Maintain safe working conditions, enforce safety practices, and inspect job sites.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of related experience.
• At least 21 years old.
• Experience in landscape construction.
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid Class C California driver’s license.

Physical Requirements:

• Perform medium work, exerting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Visual acuity for equipment operation and task inspection.

Salary: $90,000-$120,000
