About the Job
Review and make recommendations for landscape and hardscape plans
Track and communicate key projected milestones to relevant internal departments and external stakeholders (including city officials, engineering/utility consultants, utility companies, contractors, etc.)
Assist project managers in working with civil engineers and landscape architects as needed for plan clarification and revisions
Ensure contractors put in plants that will thrive in this grow zone and their planting conditions and make recommendations on low-maintenance plants
Develop contract scopes and bid packages
Assist in managing the bid, review and award process
Work with arborist and to develop maintenance plans
Other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience5+ years of landscaping experience
3+ years of additional experience in a supervisory role
Valid drivers license
Ability to traverse various landscapes
Nice to Have Skills & ExperienceLandscape architect seal
Bachelors Degree in Landscape Architecture or related degree
Experience working on FDOT projects
