- Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Communicate professionally and discreetly with high-end clients, understanding and addressing their unique needs.
- Operational Oversight
- Conduct regular site visits to assess job quality, ensure safety, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with field supervisors and maintenance foremen to implement efficient work schedules and maintain service excellence.
- Ensure quality assurance by monitoring the cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic standards of all job sites.
- Enhancements and Proposals
- Walk job sites to identify tasks or upgrades that can enhance the property's appeal and value.
- Draft and present proposals for additional services, including trimming, pest management, disease treatment, and other specialized needs.
- Technical Expertise
- Leverage knowledge of plant care, including trimming, disease and pest management, and arborist practices, to deliver superior results.
- Recommend and oversee solutions for plant health and landscape sustainability.
- Team Leadership
- Mentor and guide landscape maintenance teams to meet HJL's high standards of craftsmanship and service.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Reporting
- Provide senior management with regular updates on account performance, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Experience
- Proven success managing high-end residential landscape maintenance accounts.
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices, equipment, and scheduling.
- Skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills, including fluency in Spanish (preferred).
- Proficiency in budget management, scheduling, and operational planning.
- Exceptional attention to detail and an eye for design aesthetics.

- Additional Qualifications
