This role is critical in ensuring project success by accurately estimating costs, preparing bids, and managing contracts. You'll collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and architects while driving innovation in landscape construction across various urban and high-rise environments.

- Conduct detailed site investigations, take-offs, and cost estimates.
- Analyze and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications.
- Develop and evaluate planting plans while identifying plant species.
- Prepare accurate proposals, requisitions, and change orders.
- Manage sub-contractor proposals and ensure competitive pricing.
- Coordinate with clients, general contractors, and landscape architects to ensure project alignment.
- Utilize Bluebeam, PlanSwift, and other tools for effective project management.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of construction contracts, drainage, and grading.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-efficiency.
- Experience:
- 1-2 years in landscape construction and project management.
- Proven track record with NYC or urban residential/high-rise projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Bluebeam, PlanSwift, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications.
- Strong understanding of site construction, including drainage and grading.
- Licenses and Certifications:
- Valid Driver's License (Required).
- OSHA 30/60 certification (Preferred).
- Education:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or Construction Management (Preferred).
- Additional Traits:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and multitasking capability.
- Energetic and self-motivated team player with minimal supervision required.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
