Land Surveyor at Criteria Development LLC

We need a Professional Land Surveyor to work out of our Wilmington, NC office.  We are a Land Development Company that does Residential Subdivisions.  We own the Land and do all the Engineering and Construction.  Stability is huge with us! The company is growing!!  We are able to Relo someone but need to have PLS.  We can interview and start somone asap.

OUR STORY

We closed our first project in Louisiana in early 2016. Since that time we have closed 15 additional projects, all managed by our parent company, Criteria Development LLC, which principals have over 40 years of land development experience. The company is committed to growing its inventory in North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Louisiana, and Alabama. We pride ourselves on being a fully integrated development company, from planning, acquisition, and construction.

 

We are own all our Land so we are not waiting on contracts to close. We have a backlog that the Company has decided to tackle. We have a new positions to fill from Civil Engineers, Designers, Concrete Foreman's, Superintendents, and Surveyor! We are the Client so stability is the number one deal with us!!

 

We need a Professional Land Surveyor to work out Wilmington area. We have an office in Wilmington but land is from Myrtle Beach and up the Coast basically. Please still get in touch with me even if you don't match up to all the requirements below. But we do need someone with the PLS please.

 

Description:

Performing control, boundary, topography, ALTA, right of way, and construction surveying

Services related to transportation, civil site, and more @types of projects.

Compile and organize daily project field data

Qualifications

RPLS certification

7+ Years of relative work experience preferred

Familiarity with construction staking, boundary survey, & topographic mapping

Strong CAD Software experience (Civil 3d)

Client relationship experience

Associates or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Land Surveying
