What you'll bring to the team
Are you looking for a part-time job that’s full of FUN? Fancy working where sea turtles and cheeky dwarf crocodiles watch on as you go about your daily work?
In these varied roles you may be the first point of contact for our guests, offering a warm welcome, whether selling a memento of our guests amazing experience or supporting them to stock up on SEA LIFE related goodies, answering any questions guests may have and acting as a sales representative. You could also be serving a relaxing cup of tea or coffee, or our great selection of hot and cold food, including a selection of sandwiches.
If working in the Guest Experience department you’ll be working with school visits, self-guided tours, workshops for schools or even giving daily creature presentations. You’ll go out of your way to ensure our guests have a fun, educational and exciting visit. You could find yourself helping customers at any point throughout the attraction!
These are seasonal, part-time positions, offering a minimum of 5 hours per week. Flexibility is needed as you will be working weekends and bank holidays.
Qualifications & Experience
- You'll have loads of experience working in a customer facing environment
- Friendly and hard-working with a "can do" demeanour
- Excellent communicator who loves to interact with people of all ages
- Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality
- Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills
- Full availability including weekends and bank holidays
