Labor Foreman - Next 150 Construction Services, LLC

Overview:The Labor Foreman performs basic installation of materials on a construction site.Responsibilities:- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans- Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew- Allocate general and daily responsibilities- Supervise, manage and train workers- Ensure manpower and resources are adequate- Ensure that all safety precautions and quality standards are met- Resolve problems when they arise- Report on progress to SuperintendentQualifications:EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION- High school diploma or GED- 2+ years of construction experience- Or equivalent combination of education and experienceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES- In-depth understanding of construction principles and procedures- Experience managing a crew on a multimillion dollar project a plus- Ability to read construction drawings- Excellent organizational and leadership skills- Ability to communicate and report effectively- Strong problem solving skills- Willingness to work in high-stress environment with extreme weather fluctuations- Ability to work in a team environment- OSHA 10 hour certified ( will assist with obtaining this certification if necessary)Next 150 Construction Services has an unwavering focus on safety, the environment and caring about everyone involved in our work.
