Labor & Employment Attorney - Gpac

A nationally recognized law firm seeks a qualfiied and experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking sophisticated cases and career advancement. 

Qualifications: 

• 10+ years of experience practicing labor and employment (employer side)
• Wage and hour, discrimination, harrassment, wrongful termination, PAGA claims, class actions, advice and counseling experience 
• Experience defending school districts in employment claims and trial experience 
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in CA 
• Resume, transcripts and a 10-page writing sample required
