About the Job
An AmLaw 200 firm with 29 offices across the US, Ireland, and Mexico is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join their Collin County, TX office.
Qualifications:
- Active and clean Texas bar license.
- 4+ years of experience, ideally focused on labor and employment law.
- Strong background handling employment issues such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes.
- Proven experience drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions, and presenting arguments in court.
- Experience taking and defending depositions, with administrative hearings experience being a plus.
- Highly detail-oriented, with excellent work ethic, research, writing, and communication skills.
