Labor & Employment Associate - Advanced Dynamics Corp

An AmLaw 200 firm with 29 offices across the US, Ireland, and Mexico is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join their Collin County, TX office.

Qualifications:

• Active and clean Texas bar license.
  
• 4+ years of experience, ideally focused on labor and employment law.
  
• Strong background handling employment issues such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes.
  
• Proven experience drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions, and presenting arguments in court.
  
• Experience taking and defending depositions, with administrative hearings experience being a plus.
  
• Highly detail-oriented, with excellent work ethic, research, writing, and communication skills.
