LPN- Days - Fri/Sat/Sun at Mitchell Martin

We're seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Behavioral Health division in our Philadelphia County, PA location.

Shift: 1st Shift - with week-ends – 6:30a-6:30p
Location: Philadelphia County, PA

POSITION OVERVIEW 
The LPN will be working in a facility, with individuals with serious mental health issues.

 Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Administer medications
• Monitor vital signs
• Assess for physical illness and injury
• Provide health and wellness and medication education to residents
• Collaborate and communicate with health care providers
• Review pharmacy deliveries
• Provide residents support with telehealth appointments
