LI Associate - Assemblers/Production/Machine Operators - Spherion

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Manufacturing Assembly/Machine Operator/Production Worker, you will play a key role in the production process, ensuring the efficient assembly and operation of machinery while maintaining high-quality standards. This temporary or temp-to-hire position offers an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build their skills and grow within the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for performing assembly, machine operation, or production tasks as directed by the supervisor. This includes operating and monitoring machinery, assembling parts, inspecting finished products for quality, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. You will follow standard operating procedures, meet production goals, and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines.

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production role.
Familiarity with operating machinery or production equipment.
Basic math and measurement skills for quality control.
Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
Willingness to learn new skills and processes.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.
Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of hand tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
