Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) / Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) / Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Overview
We are seeking knowledgeable and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) to join our diverse team in providing high-quality, client-centered mental health services. This role is essential in supporting clients through the challenges of addiction, recovery, detox, and mental health needs across all age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults. This is a multi-discipline outpatient services role.
Responsibilities
- Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients, including addiction and detox-specific needs, to develop individualized treatment plans that address unique goals and challenges.
- Individual and Group Therapy: Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), to support clients in their recovery journey.
- Addiction and Recovery Support: Lead clients through the addiction recovery process, providing empathetic support and guidance during detox and post-detox phases. Work with clients to develop relapse prevention strategies and strengthen coping mechanisms.
- Child and Adolescent Counseling: Offer specialized mental health support for children and adolescents facing a range of issues, including behavioral challenges, trauma, anxiety, and mood disorders, using age-appropriate therapeutic methods.
- Adult Mental Health Services: Support adults experiencing various mental health disorders, from anxiety and depression to personality and mood disorders, adapting approaches based on individual client needs and preferences.
- Crisis Intervention and Case Management: Provide crisis intervention services as needed, coordinate with external resources, and manage ongoing care to ensure clients receive holistic support.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in the state of California.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in addiction, recovery, and detox support; additional experience in child, adolescent, and adult mental health is highly desirable.

- Competitive annual pay ranging from $85,000 to $125,000, commensurate with experience.
