Inspect food preparation areas to ensure the observance of safe andsanitary food-handling practices. Make kimchi based on a regular demand to meet the employer's needs. Cook guest orders including Japchae, Bulgogi, Tteokbokki, Pickled Radish and Chicken Katsu per company quality assurance standards. Maintain clean stations as required for daily service. Order and receive Korean food materials and supplies as required.
