A global business corporation - which has offices worldwide and provide various business services and solutions for global trading / distribution, supply chain management, marketing, procurement, and other innovated technology - is seeking an energetic and bilingual Korean - English Sales Account Representative to join their team in Nashville, TN
This position is responsible for customer relations and supports regarding the global trading and supply chain for the industrial manufacturing industry, including automotive by utilizing Korean / English bilingual language skills. The ideal candidate will be able to develop prospective customers as well as discuss the company’s products/services’ capabilities and business value with the customers. Overnight / out-of-state travel is required.
This is a full-time, exempt position with a great benefit package including 401k.
Responsibilities for Korean - English Bilingual Sales Account Representative:
- Clearly articulate technical capabilities, prepare and provide technical presentations / demonstrations that explain the company’s products or services to customers and prospective customers.
- Recognize customers’ requirements, provide customized product concepts to match customers’ needs.
- Negotiate cost, timeline, technical specification, etc., and provide consultation as needed.
- Take an immediate action for the customers’ requests, such as repairing products, instructing customers in proper use and maintenance of products.
- Research and identify the market, and try to establish new customers.
- Gather and analyze feedback from customers, and provide it to the team for process or product improvements.
- Prepare and submit periodical reports based on sales and any other occurrences.
- Perform other duties assigned.
Requirements for Korean - English Bilingual Sales Account Representative:
- Native or near-native proficiency in Korean (reading, writing, speaking) and fluency in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field, or Equivalent experience in Technical Sales or Global Sales in the global trading or industrial manufacturing, especially automotive
- 0-3 year experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales Account Sales Representative in the global trading or industrial manufacturing, especially automotive
- Willingness and ability to travel up 50% of the time
- Valid state-issued driver’s license with a clear driving record
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication / presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail and goal oriented and Ability to multitask
- Ability to discuss technical concepts with prospective leads
- This position includes working in a manufacturing and/or warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
