Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef – Raleigh, NC

Salary $55K - $65K + Bonuses

We are seeking a Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and dedicate time to expanding our clientele base to establish the restaurant's brand and reputation. 

This is a freestanding, full-service operation with a great reputation in the community.

Culinary candidates should have 2+ years’ experience as a kitchen manager or assistant kitchen manager with scratch recipes, $3M+ in annual sales revenue.

Responsibilities:

•      Oversee day-to-day culinary operations

•      Coordinate food and kitchenware orders

•      Check freshness and quality of ingredients

•      Assist in the development of menu items

•      Standardize recipes and plate presentations

•      Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
