Job Description:

The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food, maintaining health and safety standards, and managing kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will be a leader with a passion for culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of food preparation and presentation.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain cost controls.
• Oversee food safety and sanitation practices in compliance with local regulations.
• Train, schedule, and manage kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with the 7 Hills BOH Director
• Monitor kitchen equipment and maintenance needs.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues related to food quality or service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
