A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A KITCHEN - FOOD SERVICE MANAGER

In this role, you will balance administrative duties with active, hands-on involvement in the kitchen. Your day begins with managing essential tasks to ensure smooth operations, followed by leading your team during service. Your responsibilities include overseeing food preparation, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations. As a leader, you will mentor and support your team, working alongside them during peak times to ensure excellence in every dish.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years in a similar role
• 2+ years of management experience
• Basic understanding of casual California cuisine

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a restaurant with a similar concept

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time restaurant position requires a commitment of approximately 50 hours per week, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
