About the Job
Our Wendy's team is EXPANDING! We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic, motivated individual to add to our Wendy's shift supervisors!
Guaranteed Pay $16/hour, Full-Time at 40 hour weeks! Our location is a very fast pace environment, therefore it is important for our new family member to have open availability including weekends, nights and holidays!
Our company is Family-Owned and have NEVER CLOSED nor had LAYOFFS!
We are looking for candidates with the following attributes:
- Exceptional customer service
- Prior food service industry experience
- Open availability is a must (between the hours of 8am and 1am)
- Ability to work a 40-hour work week - 5 days a week with the possibility of overtime
- Knowledge of product ordering, daily sales breakdown, and labor management
- Driven by team and personal success
- Exceptional leadership skills
