Seeking Project Architects with experience in Healthcare (HCAi) or Education (K-12) in all of our offices.
What You Will Be Doing- Responsible for building and documenting process from schematics through construction administration
- Function as a team leader on small to medium-sized projects
- Prepare and monitor project status reports
- Prepare and document required code research for projects
- Attend project meetings
- Monitor staff to produce quality architectural and engineering services
- Bachelor degree in Architecture
- Registered Architect
- Must have experience in DSA/K-12 projects
- 8+ years of experience
- Knowledge of California Building Codes
- Proficient in: Revit, Rhino and other softwares
