Junior Staff Accountant at KNF&T Staffing Resources

Are you an accounting professional with 1-3 years’ experience and a B.S. in accounting seeking a new opportunity? This on-site Staff Accountant role in the Windsor, CT area could be your chance to join a dynamic company.

Responsibilities include:

• Review and enter cash receipts and charge journals
• Daily bank processing 
• GL preparation, reporting and monthly close
• Assist with closing weekly sales transactions
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable back up processing
• Support the Senior Staff Accountant in the analysis of the general ledger account
• Support the CFO in implementing process improvements

Requirements

• BS in Accounting – advanced degree
• 1-3 years of general accounting experience
• Intermediate or above knowledge skills in Excel
• Knowledge of AP/AR analysis
• Possess demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
